The Realm of Lord Rixot

After many hours spent in Programmer’s Notepad and Photoshop CS4, I finally have what (I think) is shaping up to be a nice redesign for a personal project. I’m used to doing dark designs, but this one has taken especially long so far because of all the fine details – and because I’ve spent too long admiring better designs on deviantART and wishing I could produce something equally awesome.

So, words aside, here’s a screenshot I stitched together of the complete layout:

I also uploaded it to my new deviantART account, through which I will be featuring future designs as well.

That’s all, then. In case anyone is interested to know, the layout was done in HTML5 and CSS2, with a few CSS3 rules thrown in here and there.

Here goes attempt #2 at putting this domain to use.

To start things off, I have a couple of tunes to share: a remastered version of a track I recently made with some help from my bro, and an all-new, Tron inspired one dubbed “The Digital Frontier”.
